We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual to join our fast-growing and dynamic company as a Research Associate in our New York office. This is an on-site role; our office in Manhattan.
You will be supporting our recruitment and content development efforts by performing research that will not only prove vital to our teams’ success, but also educate you on investment banking, investment management, and corporate affairs. A successful RA candidate is driven, intellectually curious, collaborative, and an effective communicator.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, economics, marketing, or related field, from an accredited 4-year university
· At least 1 year of work/internship experience in recruiting, sales, human resources, or other business setting
· Strong communication skills and the ability to develop confidence in speaking with clients and candidates via phone calls, video chat, and in-person meetings
· Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, small-team environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), LinkedIn, and Google Suite
· Preferred: Familiarity with CRM (Client Relationship Management) software
