Renewable Energy Commercial Counsel - Remote

We are working on a remote opportunity with a leading renewable energy company which provides customized photovolaic and energy storage solutions to its clients. This company is one of the largest C&I solar developers and owner/operators in the United States which continues to accelerate the deployment and scale of renewable energy. They are searching for a commercial counsel with 3+ years' experience negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts in the energy space, including leases and Power Purchase Agreements.

This role will report to the Senior Commercial Counsel and will draft, negotiate, and review contracts like leases, PPAs, and other contracts related to the business. Experience with contracts in the energy space is a must, and there is a preference for somone with experience from a law firm. Salary 200k - 225k, bonus 15-25%, 401k and other benefits included.
