Responsibilities
Investigation and analysis of residential, commercial and industrial properties for the purpose of resolving claims and legal matter
Work through contract disputes, installation deficiencies, material deficiencies, site evaluations, settlement investigations, structural assessments, and vibration analyses
Duties can include, but not limited to, gathering photographic evidence, conducting investigations to document on-site conditions, overseeing field-testing and reviewing historical documentation
Qualifications
Needs to have a current PE (Professional Engineer Certification)
4+ years of experience as a Structural/Civil/ Architectural Engineer
Must be willing to travel
This is a REMOTE role but you must be based within 50 miles of the following cities: Knoxville, TN, Miami, FL, Tampa/Fort Myers, FL, Little Rock, AR, Jackson, MS
