The Leadership Coach IV provides one-on-one coaching for Directors and Vice Presidents to accelerate their transition to their new role as well as facilitate executive level learning, group/team coaching and/or strategy sessions.
Essential Functions
Provide leadership development, transition, high-potential and succession coaching, with a specific focus on coaching Directors and Vice Presidents, to identify key leadership strengths, values, priorities and alignment with corporate strategy and mission
Partner with leaders for enhanced communication, cross functional collaboration and effectiveness increasing employee engagement
Coach leaders at all levels as needed
Facilitate executive level group coaching, team coaching, learning, and/or strategy sessions
Serve as mentor coach for employees working toward coaching certification
Create and deliver coaching related leadership learning experiences
Research and stay up to date on developments in the fields of coaching, organizational development, career development, leadership, and emotional intelligence
Perform any other job duties as requested
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent relevant work experience is required
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development or similar preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of coaching experience working with Directors and Vice Presidents required
Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of training and development experience working with all levels in an organization required
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in group and/or team coaching preferred
Three to Five ( 3-5) years in a leadership role preferred
Competencies, Knowledge And Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently

Familiarity with the health care field a plus

Industry standard coaching certification such as: International Coaching Federation or certified from a recognized coaching program
360-degree assessment process certification preferred
Working Conditions
General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Some travel for business
Compensation Range
$79,800.00 - $127,600.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
