Regional Sales Director - Southeast Region (Georgia/Alabama/Tennessee, Florida)

With revenue growth tripling over a 5-year period, they are looking to further expand its business development and field sales teams.
Role Overview:
Title: Regional Sales Director
Focus: Closing leads from the inside sales team and be able to generate own leads, qualify them, and close sales deals.
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads independently focusing on janitorial services.
Attend all prequalification calls set by the inside sales team to ensure they are a qualified business prospect.
Set & attend all on site visits with prospect.
Develop proposals, pricing, assemble full bid packages, and close deals.
Operate primarily remotely within Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee, with occasional travel to Florida.
Price jobs, estimate labor hours, and create detailed operational plans.
Requirements:
Strong background in janitorial services, with knowledge of manufacturing and education sectors.
Experience in both inside and outside sales.
Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and proposal development.
Ability to work independently and manage sales processes end-to-end.
Preferably comes from an operations background to establish credibility in sales meetings – account manager, customer care, client relations manager etc.
This role has uncapped commission
