Our client is a Real Estate firm seeking a Facilities/Resident Manager to oversee 10+ properties across NYC.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of Resident Managers and Handymen
  • Responsible for onboarding/training/etc for all new hire RM’s
  • Manage a portfolio of 10+ buildings across Manhattan
  • Responsible for ensuring mechanical systems and buildings are running efficiently
  • Manage relationships with vendors


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Regional Facilities/Resident Manager experience
  • MUST have multi-family real estate experience
  • Experience managing 10+ buildings
  • Supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs is a plus
