We are currently looking for candidates to interview for the role of Regional Property Manager for a national company to manage the lease-ups and management for a portfolio of approximately 6 class-A+, market-rate assets, totaling about 2000 units.
To be qualified you must have at least 10 years of multifamily property management with at least 2 years as a Regional Manager over at least 4 or more assets, 1000+ units. Lease-up experience is required.
If you are not currently living on the West Coast of Florida, YOU MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE.
