Role will lead the regional HR team and will define and drive strategies and plans for the HR organization within the region. The HR leader will also provide direction and oversight to ensure delivery of HR programs and services which includes talent acquisition, performance, career development and total rewards.
Responsibilities:
Oversees all HR responsibilities within the region
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the function’s goals relating to staffing and retention
Develop strategies and implementation plans that inspire a strong employee organization
Makes appropriate organizational recommendations due to restructuring activities that align with the business strategy of the company
Manages all activities related to employees including recruiting and acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefit, and workforce planning
Strategic business partner to executives which includes counseling on conflict resolution
Oversees salary and benefits administration programs and makes appropriate decisions based on the business strategy
Establishes and drives a culture that is aligned with the company’s mission and values
Establishes strong talent management strategies that will develop the company’s future leaders
Monitors and evaluates employee performance and competencies
Recommends new approaches and procedures to achieve standardizations and efficiencies in HR operations
