Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Revenue Management to join our team. This role is crucial in maximizing RevPAR by implementing and evaluating the most effective yield management techniques and procedures. You will integrate these practices into group and transient sales to optimize profitability through room inventory control and pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize portfolio RevPAR and RevPAR Index, driving direct brand channel production.
  • Ensure hotel/portfolio level forecasts are based on current business trends and market data.
  • Lead and provide guidance during budgeting, weekly, and monthly forecasting processes.
  • Analyze unconstrained demand and provide recommendations for optimal business mix.
  • Establish target pricing, conduct displacement analysis, and provide guidance across various segments.
  • Optimize RevPAR through demand analysis and forecasting, establishing effective selling strategies.
  • Conduct competitor price/product analyses to ensure proper rate positioning and product offering.
  • Implement pricing strategies for various business segments and manage distribution channels.
  • Work closely with the VP of Revenue Management and Corporate Director to implement new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to establish strategies for increasing both room and F&B revenue.
  • Maintain accurate historical data and compile reports on market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, general managers, and team members.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of revenue management experience in hospitality.
  • Experience with major hotel brands (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt) preferred.
  • Familiarity with area markets is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Delphi.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
