Recently I had the privilege to visit Greenbrook, a healthcare provider with ~130 clinic locations, spend time at their clinics and engage with the management. Serving on their board of directors has given me a valuable perspective on providers’ operations and mindset. Recognizing that healthcare providers are the primary customers of the medtech industry, delving into their world is crucial. To ensure successful adoption of innovation we need to align our medtech advancements with providers’ goals and foster deep collaboration.
