Oversee the management and operations for the assigned region for all clinics and ambulatory surgery centers
Develop and maintain a working relationship with providers and site leadership
Assists in the development of a strategic plan for the region, in partnership with Senior Leadership for growth and sustainability. Oversee the implementation of key strategic initiatives in the region.
Participate and lead in new physician and APP recruiting
Monitor activities and participate in activities around earning more business from existing and new referral sources
Assist in the planning, adoption and development of new procedures and technologies.
Participate in leadership meetings and reporting meetings with Senior Leadership.
Support communications with regional employees, leaders and providers about any/all relevant clinical and administrative matters
Assist in developing an annual budget with Senior Leadership
Continuous cadence and touch base with the corporate office to ensure compliance with the Corporate Compliance Plan, Corporate Safety Plan and Human Resources policies
Foster development of Resolve Pain Solutions organizational culture to create and supportive and steady work environment.
Ensure that regional staff are lead, engaged and developed to achieve high employee engagement, physician satisfaction and optimal patient care.
Skills

Requirements
3-5 Years healthcare managerial experience
MBA or MHA, preferred
Must be willing to travel
