Regional Assistant Vice President of Health Services
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight: Utilize your leadership skills to assess and address clinical needs, providing guidance to Facility Consultants for optimal resident care delivery.
Regulatory Compliance: Supervise and mentor Facility Consultants to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards across healthcare service departments.
Collaboration: Work closely with departmental leaders to implement best practices, driving high-quality care and positive outcomes.
Consulting Initiatives: Drive proactive consulting efforts through audits and preparation visits, ensuring readiness for regulatory surveys.
Alignment and Communication: Collaborate with the Regional Vice President of Operations to align goals and strategies, providing regular updates on regional metrics.
Training and Development: Develop and coordinate training programs for staff to enhance compliance and delivery of care.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Current RN license in North Carolina
Minimum of 1 year in nursing leadership and management consulting
3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare settings
Experience in managing multiple sites
