Responsibilities
Candidates
Review applicants that apply through job boards and non CBOs
Provide support navigating RiseKit, identifying who is and isn’t job ready
Go through recommended candidates, reject candidates that aren’t a fit
Review recommended candidates from community partners, if we don’t think that they’re job ready, make a note so we can share with their case worker, suggest enhancements
Jobs
Post jobs on job boards to increase the top of the candidate funnel
Optimize JDs to highlights the “why us,” skills on both RiseKit and external jobs
Review employers open jobs and post or ask to post them on their behalf
Employers
Reach out to employers with suggestions and calls to action, be the nudge
