Position Overview: In this engaging support role, the Recruiter champions our commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:

• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identifying and implementing efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Screenings applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Sourcing candidates; outside the box thinking on building candidate pools.
• Scheduling interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Maintaining contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their application.
• Facilitating pre-employment screening and onboarding.
• Collaborating with the hiring manager and the HR team during the offer process, identifying and recommending start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and company policies.

What you bring to the table:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Experience with talentReef and ADP a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Foundations of your career:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• 1-3 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, or other talent acquisition certification a plus.

What we bring to the table:

• Salary range: $55,000-$60,000. Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.
