Key Responsibilities
Analyze and match applicants' backgrounds with current job openings, ensuring a perfect alignment of skills and organizational needs.
Take charge of screening applications to identify suitable candidates for further consideration.
Facilitate the coordination of interview logistics, including the preparation of interview questions and other selection materials.
Participate in the interview process, conducting interviews alongside managers, directors, and other key stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR teams during the offer phase, advising on salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other essential job details.
