Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out new leads to expand our client base
- Oversee the closing process to ensure a seamless and efficient transaction for clients
- Follow up with leads to maximize sales opportunities
- Consult with clients to understand their home preferences and guide them through the buying process
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and communities to address client inquiries effectively
- Tech-savvy with a knack for utilizing digital tools effectively
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for negotiation and networking
- Self-driven, motivated, and eager for professional development
- Previous sales experience is preferred
