SignValue recently completed an appraisal of two OOH signs, including four vinyl bulletin displays, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma for Lamar Advertising Company. The signs faced a major expressway and were removed by order of the City. We analyzed historical and market advertising rates, ordinances, demographics, circulation, and similar transactions in the OOH space to estimate the value of the signs taken down. We also assisted this client (Lamar GM - Pat Selcer) with support in their litigation case as an expert witness. Southeastern was founded in 2012 by 20-year-old Robert Wallace. With four owned structures and three under management, Southeastern is the only class A licensed billboard and sign contractor in Lynchburg, Virginia.
