Job Description
Join our dynamic Real Estate team as a Real Estate Lease Analyst. In this hybrid role, you'll collaborate closely with ABC's Senior Director and Head of Real Estate, supporting our mission to enhance the lives of patients and families through strategic lease management.
Responsibilities
Manage database for active leases and assist with post-lease documentation.
Apply ABC's real estate negotiation playbook, including review of estoppels, SNDA, and notice letters.
Interpret lease agreements and communicate effectively with legal and operations teams.
Draft lease notices to landlords and support lease payment processes.
Contribute to best practices development and procedural improvements.
Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree with related experience.
2-5 years in real estate lease administration or paralegal roles, preferably in a multi-site environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook/Google Mail, and related software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on professionalism.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and organizational capabilities are essential.
