Real Estate Disposition Manager -- Remote | WFH

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Create engaging marketing materials for daily distribution to our buyer network.

Communicate promptly and effectively with potential buyers, negotiating property sales through various channels including email, phone, and in-person meetings.

Conduct property viewings for interested buyers as needed.

Continuously improve operational processes and procedures.

Expand our buyer database by cultivating new relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth property acquisitions.

Utilize analytics and tools to inform pricing decisions and optimize profitability.

Build strong business relationships with investor buyers to achieve maximum results and revenue.

Provide comprehensive sales activity reports on a weekly/monthly basis.

Contribute to ongoing improvement strategies aimed at revenue maximization.

Maintain detailed records in the company CRM system daily.

Qualifications

Support the company with additional projects as required.

Real Estate Agent License preferred.

Experience with a minimum of 10 real estate transactions.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
