Founded and headed by Neal Bawa, Grocapitus sources, acquires, manages, and develops large Multifamily, Build-to-Rent, and Fourplex communities in many states across the U.S. The portfolio spans over $1 Billion in assets, with over 4,000 doors/beds in 28 properties in 10 U.S. states. Our goal is to provide very attractive risk-adjusted returns for our over 700 of our investors.
