Role Description

This is a Florida licensed agent role for a Real Estate Consultant. As a Realtor/ Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will involve sales, negotiating property deals, and providing advisement to clients. You will work remotely to assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate properties.


Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License in the State of Florida in good standing
  • Florida Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
  • Sales skills and negotiation expertise
  • Experience in providing advisement and guidance


Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends
  • Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous experience in real estate consulting or advisory roles
  • Additional Real Estate certifications and accreditations
