Role Description
This is a Florida licensed agent role for a Real Estate Consultant. As a Realtor/ Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will involve sales, negotiating property deals, and providing advisement to clients. You will work remotely to assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate properties.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License in the State of Florida in good standing
Florida Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
Sales skills and negotiation expertise
Experience in providing advisement and guidance
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of local real estate market trends
Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and remotely
Previous experience in real estate consulting or advisory roles
