We're seeking passionate Real Estate Brokers, Mortgage & Sales Professionals to join our team as Unsecured Funding Consultants. No licensing is required, and you'll have the opportunity to expand your business beyond state boundaries while helping clients navigate their financial journeys.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as social media, events, and networking to generate client leads.
Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
Credit Evaluation: Assess the creditworthiness of borrowers and guide them through the loan application process.
Documentation: Collect and verify necessary documentation to facilitate smooth transactions.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and industry professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, policies, and company updates to provide informed guidance.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the lending process, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in Real Estate, Mortgage, or Sales roles within the financial industry.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess creditworthiness and evaluate financial documents.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and industry peers.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple loan applications simultaneously.
