Responsibilities
Follow up on leads, evaluate properties, analyze market comparables, and secure new homes
Negotiate property acquisitions and dispositions
Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval
Assess repair needs and determine property values
Present offers to homeowners in person at their properties
Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title agents throughout the closing process
About You
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success
Consistent top performer, ranking within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
