Quality Manager

Job Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Quality Manager in the Tiffin, Ohio area. This is a direct-hire position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in Kaizen activities

Lead PPM improvement plan

Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer concerns

Maintain control plans and FMEA's

Participate in quality planning activities

Develop and submit PPAP documents for new product launches

Provide engineering support to operations

Resolve quality issues of capability, tolerancing, and materials related issues

Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources

Experience Needed:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Strong mechanical aptitude including mechanical processes

ISO, TS 16949, And Auditing Experience Is Preferred

At least 3 years of quality supervision experience
