Responsibilities

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality management system to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Leading a team of quality control professionals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborating with various departments to develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures to eliminate non-conformance to specifications.
• Managing the investigation of customer complaints regarding quality and taking appropriate action to prevent recurrence.
• Training and mentoring staff on quality control measures, procedures, and techniques.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on quality performance metrics to senior management.
• Staying current with industry trends and regulations to ensure that our quality management system is up-to-date and effective.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Quality Manager position should have the following qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methods and statistical techniques.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
