The role
Bolt Insight is excited to be looking for a Qualitative Research Manager with a comprehensive background in FMCG/CPG sectors. This is an exciting prospect for any Research Manager who wants to bring fast, real-time, consumer driven insights through new technologies to clients and be part of revolutionising the approach to Market Research, globally! Working with our impressive client base, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional project management skills, client collaboration abilities, collaborating internally to keep transforming our product, and driving actionable insights. This role will require both strategic and operational delivery.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead and oversee qualitative research projects from inception to completion. Engagaing with clients and crafting tailored research plans.
Client Communication: Maintain clear communication, manage expectations, and ensure their feedback is addressed promptly.
Innovative Approach: Develop and implement innovative qualitative research methodologies, integrating appropriate quantitative techniques and leveraging BoltChatAI to meet project requirements effectively.
Project Management: Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within scope and on schedule.
Data Analysis: Utilise advanced analysis software and techniques to analyse qualitative research data, deriving actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Client Deliverables: Deliver clear and compelling recommendations to clients through written reports or verbal presentations.
Presentation Excellence: Ensure that deliverables presented to clients are visually appealing and effectively convey key findings in a compelling manner.
Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in qualitative research methodologies, particularly related to new technologies like BoltChatAI, to maintain Bolt Insight's reputation as an innovative leader in the field.
Business Development: Contribute to business growth by educating clients on specialist product content, delivering regular updates to enhance client engagement and retention.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning, particularly regarding the application of BoltChatAI across Bolt Insight projects.
Client Feedback: Gather and incorporate client feedback to ensure that BoltChatAI and other products align with client needs and expectations, contributing to ongoing product development and enhancement.
Essential
The core skills we are looking for are as follows, with bonus points on offer to help you really stand out from the pack:
Highly proficient in English speaking/writing
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of experience in qualitative research, with a strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Proficiency in analysis software and tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of project management and client relationship management
Certification in qualitative research methodologies (desired)
Bonus points
B2B Insights and/or SaaS experience
Working on the client side of Market Research
A passion for start-up life
