QA Manager

Essential Job Functions: As a leader in the company, the QA Supervisor will enforce safety policies within the company and department in the continued effort to achieve zero safety incidents.

• Assists in establishing company policies as related to quality assurance objectives, as well as actionable quality control methodology.
• Develops QA staff by hiring, training, and mentoring to improve the knowledge and experience of the department to better achieve success.
• Schedule and deploy department resources to ensure support coverage throughout the production environment.
• Develops reasonable QA goals and methods for the business to ensure the highest quality products are delivered within the necessary production timeframes.
• Assist in developing standards of work as related to QA policies throughout the production environment.
• Develop and maintain QA Metrics for communication purposes to support upper management decisions.
• Develop and maintain internal audit regiment to further develop the company QA System.
• Interact with production personnel and management daily in order to address non-conformities in a timely manner.
• Administer and maintain company tooling control and calibration programs.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly creation and reporting of QA related reports.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
