Public Relations Account Supervisor

Award-winning PR & Digital Media Agency is seeking a full-time Account Supervisor with five or more years of experience at a marketing, advertising and/or PR agency or client-side marketing/advertising/PR department for our home office in Dallas. Please note, our offices are currently located in Millenium Tower in Addison, but we’re MOVING to Old East Dallas in May! Champion operates on a Hybrid schedule – 3 days in-office and 2 days WFH. New hires will be required to follow their team’s regular in-office schedule, determined by their respective team leads and supervisors. We will continue to operate on a Hybrid schedule from the new office.

Our new Account Supervisor will be assigned to an account team to work on 5-7 accounts, working closely with clients, company leadership and other team members. Responsibilities include:

• Take initiative on tasks with little to no direction from supervisor;
• Serve as a liaison between the client and service teams;
• Oversee all client campaigns through creation, execution and overall strategy;
• Ensure that clients are properly invoiced each month, including for NROs, special projects, all reimbursable expenses, etc.;
• Proactively build and present strategic plans and client campaign recommendations;
• Develop and mentor junior team members;
• Uphold confidence in client meeting;
• Present strategic media recaps around campaigns or monthly, quarterly and/or annually with insightful and actionable recommendations; and,
• Demonstrate the ability to clearly present recommendations and strategy plans.

The ideal candidate has a college degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline; is a team player who is also comfortable working with limited supervision; has 5 or more years of experience; has outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; and is energetic, organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
