Be accountable for RFP intake and RFP compliance from an administrative perspective.
Work collaboratively with the Proposal Team as well as technical subject matter experts, operations team, and shared services teams to develop compelling proposal responses.
Manage aspects of proposal development including, specific projects as assigned and compliance management

Worked directly with or within a proposal team and fully understands the proposal process (how to set RFP timelines, prioritize functional activities, and gather necessary information for submissions)
Supported departmental administrative activities, including CRM database (preferably Salesforce experience)
Led small- to medium-sized groups of cross-functional team contributors in meetings, including following up on action items
Government proposal experience (preferred)
A desire to further their knowledge of proposal content creation (e.g. understand how to use standard/boilerplate content vs. asking for customized answers)
Have experience in or are interested in learning about the energy efficiency/utility industry/federal energy contracting such as DOE
