About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will be the linchpin in implementing enterprise software solutions. Guided by the PMO, you will collaborate with Marketing stakeholders and integration partners to identify improvement areas, assess solutions, and align with the long-term Business Applications roadmap. You'll be at the forefront, planning, scheduling, and reporting on project activities with precision.

Core Functions:

• Expertly manage project activities and application enhancements.
• Oversee system integrations and provide day-to-day application support.
• Maintain organized, proactive project management practices.

Key Attributes:

• Minimum of five years managing large, complex projects.
• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong budgeting and resource allocation skills.
• Exceptional facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project phases from planning to go-live readiness.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, prioritize requests, and manage timelines.
• Conduct resource assessments and track vendor performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring end-to-end requirement alignment.
• Utilize metrics to manage progress and assess critical path activities.
• Establish and track quality control standards.

What You'll Work On:

• Lead projects and implementations within business applications and marketing.
• Partner with Marketing teams to drive prioritized implementations.
• Provide training on new project functionalities.
• Manage vendors and system integrators to track deliverables and budget.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Business Applications like Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Oracle Eloqua, Microsoft Power BI, Drift, and Qualified.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Zendesk, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
• Background in IT security, infrastructure, or global operations projects.
