BPD Today offers classes like yoga, weightlifting, and no-contact boxing — each ending with a meditation session. Families and caretakers can attend workshops and trainings to support their loved ones. "These clients taught me about what it means to have a winning mentality,” says Caroline Murray, a trainer at BPD Today.
