WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Great social creative doesn’t just happen; each piece of content needs an amazing Project Manager to ensure all the parts work together.
We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate PM to join our growing Social Media team who knows how to take charge and get things done, and will be an integral part of a group here focused on a very exciting, global GAMING brand.
You’ll be the connection between the account team, the client, the creative team, and community manager on a wide range of Social content from kickoff to completion and you will help drive impactful content that drives engagement and delivers results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day social executions for a well-known global FPS video gaming brand
- Collaborate with client, account, creative, and community management team members to ensure output of quality content on all social platforms
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while optimizing changes to project scope and schedules daily
- Strategically resolve different voices between client requests/feedback, creative goals, account/brand playbook and provide thoughtful solutions
- Actively manage projects from beginning to end
- Proactively communicate with account team, client, and creative team the status and timing for all work
- Partner with team leads on building / tracking budgets and resource allocation
- Organize and manage client-provided assets to make them accessible to the team
- Create, prioritize, and maintain project schedules and deliveries
- Communicate and manage workflow of shared resources between other teams
- Must have meticulous attention to detail to ensure content meets highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand requirements
- QC and traffic final deliveries in a variety of formats for social channels
- Must have a passion for social media content
- Knowledgeable about platforms and audience engagement
- Ability to organize shoots and be on set to capture social content
- Previous experience with production and content creation for social media is required
- Video game marketing and/or related agency experience is required

WHAT YOU'LL (IDEALLY) BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3+ years agency experience in a project manager, producer or related position
- Knowledge and expertise in creating content for social media and social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Experience with gaming or technology industry, managing large volume of work and events a plus
- Passion and/or player of FPS games is a plus
- Cool, calm, and collected under pressure
- A passion for making great content and a problem-solvers attitude to get it done whatever it takes
- Attention to detail
Proficiency in:
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Teams
- Social channels and platforms
- Creative best practices and specs by platform
- Experience with Monday.com and Airtable is a plus
