Position Overview:

TouchSuite is seeking a technical and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Special Projects team. As a Project Manager at TouchSuite, you will play a crucial role on our special projects teams team focusing on coordinating resources, managing timelines, deliverables and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, establish milestones, and drive successful completion of technical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and deadlines
• Allocate resources and coordinate internal and external team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies as needed
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, including status updates, key metrics, and risks/issues resolution
• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout project execution
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, managing complex projects from initiation to completion
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving project goals
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience using project management tools and software to track project progress (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello)
