Position: Project Manager

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 (flexible DOE)

A leading creative communications agency, with global offices, are looking to add to their team in New York. They work with with some of the biggest and most well-known brands in the world, and are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and creative project manager to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects, whilst collaborating with various internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee and control the project schedule to make sure all internal teams are collaborating to complete on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate consistently with the client, to ensure best in class client service.
• Manage account workflow and set up procedures unique to each client to guarantee maximum output quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the agency

Experience Needed:

• 3+ years of experience managing large marketing campaigns and projects
• Experience within an advertising/communications agency
• Demonstratable expertise overseeing a range of integrated projects
• Experience ensuring a variety of teams reach a shared goal
• Capability to schedule and oversee internal resources according to hours and budget allocated
• Experience leading strategic discussion with senior leadership
