Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
Proficiency with industry-standard project management tools and software
Experience with client management and internal departmental communications
Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines
