Project Manager

Kirkland, WA – Hybrid

Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a part-time (20-30 hrs./week) Project Manager to help support its client in Kirkland, WA. This is a hybrid role with a set schedule of 6 am to 12 pm M-Th and every other Friday to align with group/partner call schedules.

Project Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to work with our client and their membership partners to help drive results and foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and technology, and excited about enabling our members to create compelling new products for consumers.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of new specifications through a defined process.
• Coordinate efforts of all project stakeholders to track the development and key milestones.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders including staff and members.
• Identify risks and plan mitigations with stakeholders.
• Collate and analyze data for key performance indicators.
• Provide thought leadership with regard to team and organization challenges.
• Contribute to the evolution of processes and standards.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to successfully deliver on strategic projects.
• Proven track record in project management, process improvement, and data analysis skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and meeting facilitation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities, communicate and escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Experience defining data points and metrics / key performance indicators.
• Servant leadership and the ability to be a team player.
• A passion for taking on big challenges and seeing them through.
• Inquisitive problem solver who seeks to understand and find solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with fellow team members towards a common goal.
• Positive attitude and advocate for change.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Prosci training preferred.
• Experience with web-based project management tools.
• Experience working in a Project Management Office.
• Experience working in customer or client-facing roles.

Salary Range for this position: $74,000 - $82,500
