Project Coordinator

Summary

The CCC is seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient Project Coordinator. This role is responsible for assisting with the various projects within the Case Control Center. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adapts to change quickly, and can work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily standups to provide project statuses
  • Document and track all changes to Salesforce flows and other CCC operations
  • Perform testing in both UAT and production Salesforce environments
  • Administer DocuSign
  • Support CCC staff with issues related to Salesforce and other platforms
  • Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner

Qualification

  • Strong technical and professional writing skills
  • Flexibility with work schedule – may work longer days for deployments
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
