Your impact
Ensuring the program is following PG&E cost and schedule reporting guidelines. Working with Project Managers to create cost/schedule baseline budgets. Evaluating manpower, labor hour, and labor cost requirements versus budget limitations including preparation of variance analysis. Reporting on cost tracking metrics for engineering and construction firms and internal project management teams. Elevating project and portfolio risks or trends to project manager, stakeholders, and leadership. Responsible for being involved in the tracking system to ensure that project manager is fully aware of detailed change order status. Performing periodic audits to ensure information integrity exists between Unifier and SAP and alert the PM when corrections are needed. Reviewing, assisting, and taking the lead in the preparation of Advance Authorizations, and Re-Authorizations and assist PM in routing for approval. Participating in and possibly leading project cost review meetings.

REQUIREMENTS This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or closely related field and 2 years of work experience as a Project Engineer or related occupation.
In Lieu of the requirements listed above, employer will accept Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or closely related field and 1 year of work experience as a Project Engineer or related occupation.
Specific Skills
Expertise/ knowledge of 1. Construction Finance, Construction Cost Estimating, Construction Planning & Scheduling 2. Primavera, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Analysis for Office, ProjectWise, Procore, Pivot Table, etc. 3. Financial Analysis.

The base salary range for this position is $107,099.00 to $141,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
