Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Project Manager to understand constraints of the project and assist with delivering the project within the defined constraints.
  • Project support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process contracts and amendments with clients and subconsultants.
  • Assist with reviewing the scope statement and create a work breakdown structure.
  • Set up project schedules and work with the PM to identify, analyze, and mitigate any potential risks.
  • Assist with budget tracking by utilizing Earned Value management.
  • Assist with planned value and forecasting costs for the upcoming months.
  • Deliverable coordination in collaboration with project team
  • Coordination with Finance team to resolve billing issues
  • Interfacing with subconsultants and clients on timelines, deliverables, project issues
  • Meeting facilitation, meeting notes, and action item tracking
  • Ability to create/maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project

What Are We Looking For?

Ideal Candidates Will Have The Following

  • Bachelor’s degree desired
  • Proven skills in analyzing and solving problems
  • Understanding of Project Lifecycle
  • At least 3 years of project controls or coordination experience (ideally in a technical field)
  • Superior time management skills, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing among multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and on a team
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint (experience with SharePoint is a plus)

Base Level Benefits For Regular Full-Time Positions
