Requirements

  • Experience in developing and maintain detailed project plans (including work breakdown structures) (10+ years);
  • Experience in meeting facilitation and documentation (10+ years);
  • Experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the Legislature or Steering Committee (10+ years);
  • Experience with Budget and Financial Management including Cost Analysis/ Cost Benefits (10+ years);
  • Experience leading and managing projects (5+ years);
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation (5+ years);
  • Experience with risk tracking, mitigation and issue tracking (5+ years);
  • Experience using Microsoft Project or comparable project management software to track and maintain projects (5+ years);
  • Experience in leading project teams and effectively conducting the project to meet project objectives (5+ years);
  • Experience in delivering the project in the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e., defined to meet user requirements) within the approved budget and other specified criteria (5+ years);
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following

  • Create, maintain and refine detailed project plans (including work breakdown structures), tracking project schedules and technical performance and leading both the business and technical teams.
  • Coordinate interaction with the customers, users and stakeholders and to keep the project team focused on the right goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and tasks assigned to technical teams and users.
  • Meet with the program offices to collect user requirements for new systems, or enhancements to existing systems.
  • Develop work estimates for system enhancements or new development.
  • Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff.
