Job Duties:
Manage and oversee Line Leads
Verify & enter production worksheets before submission
Inventory Management
Ensure the department meets and/or exceeds production goals on time
Quality Control - SQF, USDA, FDA, ISO process follow-through and compliance
Qualifications:
5+ years of production experience
2+ years of food environment experience (preferred)
Ability to speak English AND Spanish.
Competence using ERP, Excel, and Microsoft Office
Previous experience managing/leading production associates
