Product Specialist at Go Vocal

As our Product Specialist, your main goal is to work closely with our Product and Customer Success Team to help our clients get the best out of their engagement platform.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Product adoption: You help us understand how our clients use our product and implement communications and marketing campaigns to drive adoption. (30% of your time)
  • Client support: You interact closely with our clients by answering and investigating technical questions through web chat, emails and phone. (50% of your time)
  • Product operations: you help our Product & Support team work more efficiently, as you identify and implement opportunities for automation and workflow improvements. (20% of your time)
  • Product enablement: You take ownership of our product support materials and identify opportunities to craft content, such as training videos, support articles, and documentation. (10% of your time)


What do we expect from you?

You thrive in a small, agile team with a strong bias for action. You are curious, open-minded, passionate about digital democracy, and ready to tackle technical challenges. You learn quickly and align with the following profile:

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Public Policy or Political Sciences, Business or Economics, or have equivalent education.
  • Enthusiastic about product development and digital innovation with strong communication, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
  • Experience in data analysis, statistical software and data visualization tools preferred
  • Experience in rolling out product adoption strategies (from analysis to communication and enablement) is a great asset, but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients on product-related matters.
  • Able to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player thriving in a collaborative setup with an autonomous work style.
  • Strong skills in project management and communication.
  • Very fluent in English; one additional languages (Dutch, Spanish, French, etc.) as a great advantage
  • Based in the US (East Coast) or Europe, yet able to work on an (early) Eastern Time 8am-5pm schedule, to support our North American clients.

What are our additional Nice-to-Haves?

  • You have industry knowledge or prior experience in public governance, citizen engagement, or related fields.
  • You have a Degree or Advanced Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Communications, or a related field.
