What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Product Manager at Semperis for Delegation Manager for AD and Semperis Migrator for AD, you will be an essential member of our Product team, collaborating with both internal and external customers to deliver the latest security and identity products.

Your leadership will be essential in shaping solutions that secure and manage organizations against a growing threat landscape while providing world-class experiences built on current technologies. In this role, you will define and articulate the strategic direction of the products, ensuring they meet market needs and offer the flexibility required for successful deployment and usage. This position demands a proactive approach in a dynamic environment, aiming to enhance product features that align with the evolving requirements of our global customers.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading the direction for the products and working with both internal and external customers to deliver high quality features that provide value.
• Define the product and product capabilities in close partnership with customers every step of the way.
• You will own and drive end-to-end experiences and strategic roadmap as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Design and build product capabilities with engineering.
• Engage customers to validate, design, refine product offering and enable customer adoption.
• You will support our customers, customer support and engineering teams with product readiness through documentation, blogs, presentations, and collaboration.
• You will work closely with customer support and our engineering teams and share customer needs and prioritize work.
• Develop collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and drive alignment.

What You Will Bring To The Table

• Product Management Experience
• Releasing products in a DevOps environment
• Experience with Agile product management
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Ability to articulate difficult concepts in a simplified manner
• Excellent organizational skills
• Managing priorities and analyzing feedback
  
  

Technical Experience Required

• Excellent understanding of Active Directory and underlying permissions.
• AD Domain Migrations
• Containerized application experience - specifically Kubernetes
• High level of general technical acumen
