    Two things you can always count on during BFCM: 1. No matter how prepared you are, things rarely go exactly as planned. 2. Tapcart-powered mobile apps. Take it from Maekaeda Gibbons (CEO & Founder at Brown Sugar Babe) and Ronak Shah (CEO & Co-Founder at Obvi) whose websites crashed during BFCM. Scary stuff. 🫠 Fortunately, their mobile apps stayed up and running. They quickly diverted traffic to their apps, hit their sales goals, and BFCM was saved. PHEW, disaster averted. We love a happy ending.

    The BYLT team uncovered this eyebrow-raising insight when diving into their mobile app data. 👇 While it's expected that loyal, returning customers show higher metrics like LTV, UPT, and AOV in the app compared to the website, Kyle Turadek & team found something even more exciting: NEW customers who first interact with BYLT through their mobile app outperform those who start on the website. That means the app boasts higher average order value, conversion rates, and units per transaction for both new AND returning customers. What other sales channel can say that?
