As the Director of Product-Led Growth, you will spearhead initiatives to transition our VSB sales process from a traditional, human-capital-intensive approach to one driven by product-led growth strategies enhanced by our VSB sales team. Reporting to the CMO, this role demands a strategic thinker with a robust background in product lead growth and product management and a proven track record in enhancing sales effectiveness through automation and digital tools. The ideal candidate will be adept at using customer data to drive product and technology decisions and crafting user experiences that convert and retain customers while leveraging our sales teams to enhance the customer experience throughout the buying process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Transformation to Product-Led Sales: Develop and execute a clear strategy for transitioning to a product-led growth model, supported by our direct sales efforts.
  • Enhance Customer Onboarding: Innovate and improve the customer onboarding process to ensure a seamless, engaging, and fully automated introduction to our products.
  • Drive Adoption and Usage: Utilize analytics to understand customer behavior and deploy strategies that encourage deeper engagement and utilization of our product suite.
  • Optimize Customer Experience: Continuously refine the product experience based on user feedback and behavioral data, ensuring the product itself drives growth through exceptional user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, sales enablement, finance and customer success teams to align on objectives and leverage insights from across the company to drive our core business forward through Product Lead Growth
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement a framework for rapid experimentation and apply data analytics to validate the impact of new product features and strategies on sales and customer retention.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Build and manage a high-performing team dedicated to implementing and optimizing product-led growth initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate strategies, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or growth roles within a technology company.
  • Proven experience with product-led growth strategies and digital transformation projects.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B tech landscape, ideally with specific insights into the VoIP sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools for data analysis and customer insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to navigate complex cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer journey.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-informed decisions.

Compensation, Rewards & Benefits

The salary or hourly wage offered by Nextiva to external candidates considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, etc. Our compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Our estimate of the expected hiring range for the position as posted is $126,000 - $197,000. A different level in the job hierarchy may apply to a specific candidate resulting in a different hiring range.
