We are currently seeking a dedicated Problem Manager to join our Global Incident and Escalation team.
This senior position involves leading the resolution of high-severity events, analysing incidents for prevention, and enhancing our products and services through actionable insights.
The successful candidate will be at the forefront of problem management, driving improvements across all aspects of our operations to ensure customer success.
Manage a comprehensive reporting system to identify incident trends and prevention opportunities.
Facilitate Post Incident Review (PIR) meetings to uncover improvement opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent reoccurrence of incidents.
Oversee major problem management processes, ensuring lessons are learned and applied.
Support continuous improvement by maintaining problem management documentation and implementing feedback.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with ITSM Tooling specific to Problem Management.
