Job Description: The Xerox and HP Indigo Press Operator with Prepress Experience will be responsible for operating and maintaining both Xerox and HP Indigo digital presses, ensuring high-quality output, and managing prepress tasks to prepare files for printing. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for producing high-quality printed materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Xerox and HP Indigo digital presses to produce top-quality printed materials
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Xerox and HP Indigo presses
  • Manage prepress tasks, including file preparation, color correction, and proofing
  • Ensure print jobs meet quality standards and specifications
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize print processes
  • Monitor print jobs for consistency and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
  • Wide Format Printing and Cutting


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in print technology is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating both Xerox and HP Indigo digital presses
  • Proficiency in prepress and imposition software / tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, RIP software)
  • Strong understanding of color theory and printing processes and finishing
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive Mindset is key
  • Wide Format Printing and Cutting Experience a Plus
