1. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Creative Design/Content Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of our creative design and content strategy, with a focus on website design, marketing campaigns, brand development, and digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both design and content creation, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of creatives. In this role, you will have to be comfortable with being SCRAPPY and self-driven! We are a pre-seed startup with little resources at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design and Management: Lead the design and ongoing optimization of the company website, ensuring a user-friendly experience and alignment with brand guidelines

1. Marketing Campaigns and Materials: Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, and social media)
2. Brand and Logo Creation: Develop and maintain the company's visual identity, including logo design, color palettes, and typography
3. Pitch Decks and Presentations: Design compelling and visually appealing pitch decks and presentations for various audiences (investors, clients, partners)
4. Social Media Presence: Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across all relevant platforms
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of designers and content creators, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
6. Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports marketing and business goals

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

• 8+ years of experience in creative design and content creation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, branding, and marketing materials
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams
• Experience with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the tech or AI industry
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
• Understanding of SEO principles and their application in design and content
