As a Lithography Pressman (also known as Lithograph Operator, Lithograph Technician), you'll oversee various lithography-related projects, ensuring they meet both internal and external client expectations. You'll provide technical support to the production line, improve efficiencies, coordinate problem-solving efforts, and work closely with cross-functional teams. Your duties will also include operating a lithograph press, supervising and teaching apprentice printers, maintaining a tidy work environment, and adhering to industry regulations.

Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience directly related to lithography.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
Experience in operating manufacturing equipment or machinery.
Extensive knowledge of lithographic processes and techniques.
Ability to effectively manage time and schedules.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
