We're #hiring for an offset press operator

For the next few weeks we'll be doing profiles on our PICA Emerging Leaders. Our first Emerging Leaders Profile is on Heaven Nemeth, the Vice Chair of PICA Emerging Leaders and Director of Operations for Poole Printing in Raleigh, NC. Heaven graduated from Clemson in 2019 with a Degree in Graphic Communications. She then re-located to Raleigh in 2020 beginning as a customer service representative for Poole Printing, and becoming the director of operations in 2022. Her day to day responsibilities include the daily operations of Poole Printing, from quoting, entering customer orders, preparing art for print, job approvals, running presses/equipment as needed, and general problem solving for daily operations. Heaven is incredibly passionate about her work and enjoys the variety she is met with in her day. Each day she works on new print jobs and new challenges that the team finds solutions for. She views it as a rewarding experience when she’s able to help a customer turn their idea into a tangible asset. Heaven is a critical part of Emerging Leaders, organizing the group and driving it forward. Her favorite part of Emerging Leaders is the endless possibilities. “We have an amazing group of Emerging Leaders, that together covers many areas of the print industry and are able to collaborate and grow in our experiences together into an even better group of young leaders.” Heaven is one our amazing leaders and we’ll be doing more profiles in the weeks to come.
